Denisse Olivas started 11-D Marketing with the purpose of helping small and medium sized businesses to connect in an authentic and trustworthy way with consumers. She believes that the more businesses connect in a sincere and positive way to their customers, the more they will succeed.

A native El Pasoan, she received her Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of New Mexico, and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso. Recently, she became a Professional Certified Marketer by the American Marketing Association. She has spent the last 14 years working in business marketing and management, as well as teaching at the university level. She is a strong leader, teacher, and communicator.
